This ticket is for a private party at the Wisteria Tea Room and Cafe' on Friday, June 6, from 4 to 6 pm. Join sponsoring authors, fellow readers, and tea afficionados for a Duchess Afternoon Tea. This Traditional English Tea tray has the following 3 tiers: chef’s savory tastings and delicious finger sandwiches, house-made scones and Chantilly Cream, and decadent sweet desserts. Includes bottomless pots of tea. The Wisteria is located in a charming coastal cottage, reminiscent of old Florida.

It's an all-access pass to every function being held at the DoubleTree hotel, including BOTH author signing sessions, Saturday lunch, the Summer Nights Sock Hop after party, and the Sunday brunch! You'll be the ultimate VIP! Does NOT include Friday tea. This ticket is only available to 25 lucky people, and is a huge savings from the ala carte ticket prices!
Tiaras are optional with this VIP ticket that will have you feeling like royalty! As a VIP, you will receive admission to BOTH author signing sessions, you'll be treated to lunch with the authors and other VIPs, as well as being on the exclusive guest list for the Summer Nights Sock Hop after party!

Grab your poodle skirts and saddle shoes for the Summer Nights 50's and 60's themed after party! The fun will begin at 7 pm Saturday night and end at 11 pm when the DJ calls for last dance! Bring your appetite, as we will have a menu of Southern Hospitality, featuring salad, southern fried chicken, BBQ pork ribs, green beans, mac & cheese, mashed potatoes, cornbread and peach cobbler. Includes coffee and iced tea, as well as a cash bar. If you are a signing author, assistant, or Royal Palm VIP, you do NOT need to purchase this ticket.

Royal Book Bash Under the Palms is an author signing event featuring 40 authors, many of whom hail from the Sunshine State! This is a multi-day event the weekend of June 6, 2025, featuring a Friday afternoon tea, a Saturday book sale and signing, Saturday lunch with the authors, a Saturday evening after party, and a Sunday brunch.

Join us in the City of Palms, Fort Myers, Florida, the crown jewel of Southwest Florida. Fort Myers is easily accessible via train, plane, or automobile! There is plenty to do in this historic gulf coast city, and beaches are close by!
All activities will take place at the DoubleTree Hotel at the Bell Tower shops (formerly the Crowne Plaza), with the exception of the Friday tea, which will be at the Wisteria Tea Room & Cafe' in downtown Fort Myers. The hotel is conveniently located near US 41, interstate 75, and Southwest Florida Regional Airport (RSW). The hotel offers a courtesy airport shuttle to and from the airport.
Hotel room block information will be available in June 2024.
