Brandermill Market

The Brandermill Market is proud to celebrate and support our local businesses. It’s a great place to grow your business and meet new people. Here’s what you need to know about participating as a vendor. Vendor spaces are a 10’ x 10’ area. Payment for booth spaces can be paid in full before the start of the season, monthly or weekly. Payments must be sent to the BCA office or made here, one week before the event day. Spaces are $15 for Non-BCA Member Vendors and $10 for BCA Member Vendors. Non-payment will result in the suspension of market privileges. The Brandermill Market is a sponsored event by the BCA. Advertising will only be done on BCA's official email communications, website, social media, and other media platforms. Food sales must follow Virginia Department of Agriculture guidelines for temperature control and also supply a hand washing station. The VDA will/can make surprise inspections during the market season. All vendors must comply with all applicable laws, licenses, and regulations; and must further hold all required business licenses and permits.

Service must be paid in advance of the event date. We do not offer service refunds; if a formal (email) cancelation notice is received seven (7) days in advance of the event day, the amount paid will be credited for another event before the end of the 2022 season. The Brandermill Market will be held every Thursday, Starting May 5th through Thursday, September 1st. Please make sure that your tent and all display items are well secured at all times. The Brandermill Market is a family and dog-friendly event. Any concerns or suggestions regarding the market operations may be consulted with Dawn Larsen, Lifestyle Manager at the BCA. The BCA may use discretion regarding vendors and products. Your assigned space area must be left clean after the event. The event area is a non-smoking area.
