Come experience setting a table, prepare yourself to break bread in a way that breaks down barriers. As Jesus knew the power of setting at table with others we will explore the power of table fellowship to cross racial divides. Congregation leaders will reflect on how the work of racial justice is rooted in the Gospel story and challenge ourselves to build real relationships that transform our lives and our congregations.

This is a free event, but registration is required. Lunch will be served at a cost of $5 per person to be paid at the door.

*Note this will be a 2 part workshop, please plan to attend both dates for the best outcome!

Free parking will be available in the lot next to the church.

The Table Setters is a faith-based non-profit (501 (c) 3) that produces improved relationships across humanly created racial, socio-economic, political, and religious lines. Read more about their faithful work and hear an interview with our facilitators, Marvin and Matthew at thetablesetters.org
